The prioritization of the Product Backlog by the Product Owner is an important tool to steer the project. When prioritizing, the following should be considered:

a) that requirements with high risk and great added value should be implemented as soon as possible
b) that requirements with high risk and little added value should be implemented first
c) that the most important requirements are not implemented first
d) that requirements with high risk and great added value should be implemented
towards the end of the project
